I just started working out with my husband. He is fit and he knows what works for him, but he doesn’t really know about women’s health and fitness. Right now I follow him at the gym and do what he does. We workout 3 days a week doing Chest, back and arms. We lift weights too. Also, after every workout we do some types of crunches and sit-ups. We run everyday at the very least 10mins, but on off workout days we do more running. I want to know if I need to be doing these types of workouts or do I need to find something different to be doing. I am open to any suggestions. I just don’t know much about women’s fitness. Thanks

Why does breastfeeding with inverted nipples hurt at the start?

I am a breastfeeding mom. My left breast has inverted nipple. Why is it so painful during the start of breastfeeding when my daughter tries to draw the nipple out? Is there any way I can correct this? Thanks!

If a family is not wealthy and living on one income, how do they afford to homeschool their children? Do they get a stipend from the state government per child? If so, does that differ according to state? What about Minnesota, where I live? Is there a website with this information on it?

How do I get started on a family budget for monthly expenses?

I have a budget plan that I would like to stick to, but I don’t know how to go about starting it. Currently we live very paycheck to paycheck and don’t have a “cushion” at all. My husband and I are paid every two weeks, on different days. All my bills are due on different days throughout the month. How can I realistically start my budget?? If I have a mortgage and car payments due on the 1st of the month but I am not paid until the 7th or 8th how do I make those payments? I just can’t seem to get it started, but I really want to..because it will help out in the long run. We have tons of money that just *disappears* right now and the budget will help. Suggestions????? What is the best homeschool curriculum and why?

I am going to homeschool my 2 daughters who will be in 4th and 6th grade next yr. I am seeing so many different curriculums out here its overwhelming. I mostly need an English and math curriculum. NY state only cares about those test scores. The rest I can pretty much do on my own with fun projects and workshops in our area. I’d like to find a good language arts, spelling, writing etc. curriculum. Something that allows me to do like an all-in-one thing or combo teaching.

Besides Quicken, or their web sites that you can go to to help balance your family budget?
